Brian Flynn was born in the midst of a hurricane in 1875. After spending his formative years underachieving at various tasks, he decided the world was not ready for his forward thinking vision of the future and was cryogenically frozen until 1994. After reawakening, Brian hit the streets, and decided that ruling the universe through the hidden mysticism of arcane star wars references, binary pulsar radio emission patterns, vintage Japanese vinyls and coca-cola was the only way to go. Brian has been currently sidetracked into the depths of the Super7 secret society, (the International Toy Pirates) all the while running the back alleys of San Francisco with his wife, Dora Drimalas through their graphic design studio, Hybrid Design. He has shown in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Portland, Austin, Vancouver B.C. and Malaga, Spain.
Duncan Jago grew up with all the usual stuff, Star Wars, 2000AD, Marvel Comics. His Favourite character was Ben Grim of the Fantastic Four. Growing up, hip hop and B-Boy culture was a massive influence, but living in a small place with two telephone boxes and a town hall was not conducive to an “outlaw” lifestyle. If you so much as marked a local wall the whole town would know about it. So, he has always done doodles and sketches on paper. Mr. Jago likes his stuff to be pretty rough, so he usually draws by hand with a Biro and colours it in on the Mac.
