I am writing on behalf of the organisers of The Hague Red Cross Summer Exhibition. The event was created to mark The Hague being made the Red Cross City for the year 2008. Along with other events taking place through out the year, The Red Cross and the City shall have an open exhibition to be held at the Nuthuis. The exhibition is aimed at promoting young artist as well as drawing the public’s attention to the issue of Victims of Conflict Areas, which is also the theme. The selection committee will be made up of prominent figures of society of the Netherlands and the Grand Opening is set to be an event on the cities social calendar. In addition, this is one of the few events where the general public participates in choosing who is deserving of the prizes and recognition.
The exhibition will be held in The Hague, The Netherlands from June - July 2008 and submissions can be done online from 07 January - 01 April 2008.It is opened to everyone and anyone
