C. Dowd is a Baltimore based illustrator/graphic designer, who’s been creating art since his early childhood. He”s currently working as a freelance artist and web designer. Mr. Dowd has had the privelage of designing websites for such notable celebrities as Baltimore, MD radio talk show host Ed Norris, and Phoenix, AZ talker Chad Dukes.
