The “lowbrow” art scene is a subversive movement against the hierarchy of the art world. “Lowbrow” is a term relating to a movement in art that has been coined by Juxtapoz magazine founder Robert Williams. This new breed of artist draws inspiration from a vast amount of genres usually overlooked by high-class art patrons.
