Chris Crites has been painting in acrylic on paper bag exclusively since 1999. His bright, limited palette images of mug shots and other images have been displayed nation-wide. For his first San Francisco show he continues on a series of mug shots taken in San Francisco’s Golden Gate precinct from the early 1940’s.
